Caregiver reapplies for Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit

If a caregiver has previously been receiving Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit and reapplies, when they are granted Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit again, they will also be granted Clothing Allowance for Orphans and Unsupported children.
