accommodation supplier

A person who provides accommodation to a client. An accommodation supplier can include:

• a landlord as defined in the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
• a person, organisation or company that provides accommodation
• the agent of the accommodation supplier
• a head tenant of the property that the client is staying in as a subletter
