Rest of New Zealand prior to 1 April 2005
Below is the "Rest of New Zealand" definition used for the calculation of Accommodation Supplement prior to 1 April 2005:
"For the purposes of calculating Accommodation Supplement, any location that is not contained in Area 1 or Area 2 is considered to be in the Rest of New Zealand."
