Review and Appeal rights

Employers have review and appeal rights under the Social Security Act 2018.

MSD relies on information from the Tertiary Education Commission to determine apprentice eligibility. If there are any concerns about apprentice eligibility, MSD will refer it back to the Tertiary Education Commission for review.

If the incorrect information was given to MSD, we will reconsider the decision based on updated information from the Tertiary Education Commission.
