Pre-benefit interviews for and offers of employment for partners
As part of their pre-benefit requirements, and at any time before their benefit commences, the partner may be required to:
- attend and participate in any interview for suitable employment to which they are referred and
- accept any offer of suitable employment
Note after the benefit has commenced the partner is subject to work obligations.
