Youth service provider considered officer of the Ministry
For the purposes of deciding error or omission on the part of the Ministry, a youth service provider is considered to be an officer of the Ministry.
This means that any action or inaction of a youth service provider must be treated as an action or inaction of an officer of the Ministry.
