Client requires financial assistance to resolve a warrant

Generally it is expected that a client uses their weekly benefit payment to pay any costs required to resolve their warrant.

Costs can be incurred when the nearest court is some distance from the client's home and they will need to travel there to resolve their warrant.

The client will not generally qualify for a Special Needs Grant or an Advance Payment of Benefit for any transport costs required.
