Client does not return

If a client's benefit is suspended because they are absent from New Zealand and they do not return their benefit record will automatically cancel in SWIFTT 8 weeks after the date of suspension.

Note if the client had been approved continued payment of benefit for the first 28 days of the absence, this is not established as a debt.
