Outstanding accommodation costs and expenses not covered

Accommodation Security Cover Grant does not cover any outstanding accommodation costs and expenses that:

• the client doesn't agree with (unless there is a Disputes Tribunal, Tenancy Tribunal or court order confirming the client must pay the costs), and/or
• the client is not liable to pay under the terms of the accommodation agreement or a Disputes Tribunal, Tenancy Tribunal or court order and/or
• relate to an accommodation agreement that has not ended
