Cash asset limit

A client and their partner (if any) cannot get a Bond Grant if their assets are more than the cash asset limit.

We need to know the cash value of their assets.

There is no discretion to grant a Bond Grant to a client whose cash assets (including the cash assets of their partner, if any) are above the asset limit.
