Qualifications
To receive a Clothing Allowance for Orphans and Unsupported Children, caregivers must be receiving Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit.
Payment is automatically made when Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit is granted.
Child Support
