Recoverable Assistance Payment : Contents
School uniforms
If a client meets all qualifications, a Recoverable Assistance Payment can be made to purchase school uniforms for dependent children where there is an immediate need.
Payment
Except where exceptional circumstances exist, payment for each dependent child cannot exceed:
- 6 weeks of the appropriate rate of Supported Living Payment that the client would be entitled to receive or
- $300
whichever is the least amount.
