Re-direction of benefit

If a client transfers from one rest home to another, stop the re-direction of benefit from the date the client leaves the previous rest home and re-direct to the new service provider from date of transfer (if within the current pay period) or from the first available date if the current processing deadline has passed.

No re-direction of benefit

If a client transfers from one rest home to another, add the new service provider from the first available date.

Do not establish a debt

Do not establish a debt to the previous service provider. The service providers are responsible for payment of benefit contribution between themselves until such time as the re-direction is made to the new rest home.
