Assistance when a client is sanctioned

Clients who have failed their obligations and are subject to a grade one or two sanction are not eligible for a Special Needs Grant.

This includes financial and non-financial sanctions.

Clients who are on a grade three sanction are subject to a 13-week non-entitlement period.
