Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit
When a client (without dependent children) is paid a main benefit and also gets paid an Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit, use the main benefit only to calculate the standard cost.
For example, a client is getting Sole Parent Support with one child and also gets Unsupported Childs Benefit for another child, you would use the standard cost for a Sole Parent Support client with 1 child.
