Client living in a country that provides portable benefits

A client must be living in New Zealand and receiving a qualifying benefit to be eligible for the Winter Energy Payment. Clients receiving a New Zealand benefit paid in another country (called a portable benefit) are not eligible for the Winter Energy Payment.
