Impact on Temporary Additional Support if choosing not to get Winter Energy Payment

If a client decides not to get the Winter Energy Payment this may impact on their continued eligibility to receive Temporary Additional Support or Special Benefit. The client is not taking necessary steps to get all financial assistance available to them.
