Activity Summary

After you have discussed with the partner the work obligations and activities they are required to complete, you may want to provide the partner with an Activity Summary as confirmation of these.

Partners do not sign the Activity Summary and it is not mandatory to provide the Activity Summary to them. You may think it is appropriate to provide the print out or the partner may request this.
