Orphans or Unsupported Childs Benefit is being paid

When a client is receiving an Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit, the child is not treated as a dependent child and is not included in the assessment of Jobseeker Support.

The client's Jobseeker Support is assessed on their family circumstances excluding the child for whom Orphans Benefit or Unsupported Childs Benefit is being paid.
