Income less than a disqualifying rate
Where Sole Parent Support client starts work during the initial stand-down period, you do not re-assess the client's commencement date when:
- their level of income is less than a disqualifying rate
Where employment continues beyond the commencement date, you charge the clients earnings (income) against their benefit from the commencement date.
