Review of decision - 52 week reapplication process
A client cannot review the requirement to complete the 52 week reapplication process for Sole Parent Support as it is a statutory requirement to reapply - rather than a reviewable decision made by MSD.
However a client can apply for a Review of Decision of the 52 week reapplication process when:
- they do not agree with a decision regarding the regrant of their Sole Parent Support, such as the benefit or supplementary assistance being paid at a different rate or being declined or
- they have provided a reason for not reapplying in time which was not deemed by MSD to be an exceptional circumstance
