Earnings-related compensation

All weekly earnings-related compensation payments received from either Accident Compensation or private insurers are a direct deduction from benefit payments. This is regardless of the reason why the Supported Living Payment was granted.

The Accident Compensation Independence Allowance is not earnings related compensation and is disregarded as income for benefit purposes.
