Entitlement Date
The entitlement date for Supported Living Payment is usually:

- the day after separation or financial assistance from partner ceased
- the day after weekly work-related insurance payments ceased

- the day after the date the living costs component of student loan was paid to

Note where the client has more than one event, you use the later event for their entitlement date.
Also note when an application is lodged due to incapacity and the designated health practitioner medical assessment is set for a future date, you will need to consider any other medical evidence held to determine the actual date of incapacity.
