Pursuant to sections 5 and 86(1BC) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister for Social Development gives the following direction.

This direction is saved by clause 43 of Schedule 1 of the Social Security Act 2018 as if it were a direction given to MSD under regulations made under section 444 of the Act.
