(1) | In this direction, unless the context otherwise requires,- | ||
Act means the Social Security Act 2018 | |||
house or flat has the meaning in clause 2 | |||
living alone has the same meaning as in section 4A of the New Zealand Superannuation and Retirement Income Act 2001 | |||
mobile home has the meaning in clause 2A | |||
MSD has the same meaning as in Schedule 2 of the Act | |||
single living alone rate has the same meaning as in section 4 of the New Zealand Superannuation and Retirement Income Act 2001. | |||
(2) | Terms otherwise defined in Schedule 2 of the Act have the same meanings in this direction. | ||
