Application of the Social Security Act

4.1

The following provisions of the Act apply to this programme and every applicant as if an Allowance were a Benefit under Part 1 of the Act: sections 19, 110, 111, 113, 114, 195, 196, 202, 204, 205, 219, 292, 298, 301, 337, 338, 340, clauses 2, 9, 11 to 14, and 16 of Schedule 3, and clause 1 of Schedule 6 (see also the Social Security Regulations 2018).
