CC payments for certain treatment programmes may be backdated

(1)

This clause applies to an applicant who is or was resident in 1 or more short-term residential treatment programmes for the purpose set out in paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of that term on or at any time after 1 April 2006.

(2)

Despite clause 11(1), MSD may, under clause 9, grant and make CC payments to an applicant to whom this clause applies in respect of the applicant's period of residence in those treatment programmes before the commencement of this clause, but no CC payments may be made under this clause in respect of any period earlier than 1 April 2006.
