Pursuant to section 124(1)(d) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Social Services and Employment establishes and approves the following welfare programme for special assistance.

This welfare programme is saved by clause 21 of Schedule 1 of the Social Security Act 2018 as if it were a special assistance programme approved and established under section 101 of the Act.
