Ineligibility for emergency housing grants

An applicant is ineligible for an emergency housing grant under clause 15 if-

(a)

MSD is satisfied that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 15(a) to (c); or

(b)

the applicant is subject to a non-entitlement period in accordance with clause 20; or

(c)

the applicant's spouse or partner is staying or intends to stay with the applicant in the emergency housing for which the grant is being made for, and that spouse or partner is subject to a non-entitlement period under clause 20.
