(1) | The Ministerial Guidelines for Employment and Training Assistance dated 2 July 2012 are revoked. | |
(2) | (revoked) | |
(3) | The following welfare programmes established and approved under section 124(1)(d) of the Social Security Act 1964 are revoked on the close of 30 June 2014: | |
(a) | the Course Participation Assistance Programme | |
(b) | the Training Incentive Allowance Programme | |
(c) | the Transition to Work Grant Programme | |
(4) | The Direction in relation to section 124(1)(d) and (1A) given under section 5 of the Social Security Act 1964 is consequentially revoked on the close of 30 June 2014. | |
