An establishment grant must not be made if either the principal caregiver, or their spouse or partner, or temporary OB or UCB caregiver, or their spouse or partner has previously received or been approved to receive a payment for achieving home for life status in respect of the child for whom an orphan's benefit or unsupported child's benefit is payable. |
