11.3

Child Restraints and Safety Helmets

11.3.1

MSD may grant a Payment of up to $200 for the following purposes:

(a)

the purchase of a new approved child restraint for a dependent child of the applicant who is under the age of 7:

(b)

the hire from a reputable agency of an approved child restraint for a dependent child of the applicant who is under the age of 7:

(c)

the purchase of a new cycle safety helmet for each school aged Dependent Child of the Applicant.

11.3.2

MSD may grant more than one Payment under clause 11.3.1 during a 52 Week Period.

11.3.3

Payments under clause 11.3.1 may be granted in respect of more than one Dependent Child of an Immediate Family.
