4.1 | Sections 8, 19, 113, 114, 197, 202, 204, 217 to 219, 292, 298, 301, 353, 354 to 358, 362, 363, and 364, clauses 2, 9, 11 to 14, 15A to 15I, and 16 of Schedule 3, and clause 1 of Schedule 6 (see also the Social Security Regulations 2018) of the Act are to apply, with any necessary modifications, to this programme and to any applicant as if a Payment under this programme were a Benefit. |
