5 | Application of the Social Security Act |
(1) | Sections 8, 19, 113, 114, 202, 204, 217 to 219, 292, 293, 298, 301, 303, 325, 337, 340, 346, 417, clauses 2 and 16 of Schedule 3, and clause 1 of Schedule 6 (see also the Social Security Regulations 2018) of the Act apply to this programme and to any applicant and person granted assistance under it as if the assistance under it were a benefit. |
(2) | Nothing in subclause (1) limits or affects the application of any other provision of the Act. |
