11.4.4 | Laser Therapy for the Removal of Birthmarks |
11.4.4.1 | If a medical practitioner or nurse practitioner certifies that an Applicant has a birthmark that is disfiguring and visible in normal clothing, MSD may make a Grant of not more than $300 for the costs, including travel costs, associated with laser treatment for the removal of the birthmark. |
