Payment of Grants

20.1

Every Grant made in relation to the purchase of goods and services is to be paid -

(a)

to the person providing the goods or services for which the Grant was made; or

(b)

at the discretion of MSD in exceptional circumstances -

(i)

to the Applicant (being the person in respect of whom the application is made), or

(ii)

if the Applicant is a dependent child, to the child's Parent.

20.2

Every other Grant is to be paid-

(a)

to the Applicant (being the person in respect of whom the application is made); or

(b)

if the Applicant is a dependent child, to the child's Parent.
