Application of the Social Security Act

4.1

Sections 8, 19, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 186, 187 to 191, 197, 202, 203, 204, 217 to 218, 219, 292, 293, 298, 301, 303, 310, 337 to 340, 346, 347, 348, 364, 368, 371, 417, clauses 2, 9, 11 to 14,15A to 15I, 16, and 21 of Schedule 3, and clause 1 of Schedule 6 (see also the Social Security Regulations 2018) of the Act are to apply, with any necessary modifications, to this programme and any applicant as if a Grant under this programme were a benefit except that section 19 of the Act does not apply to clauses 15.1.1AA or 15B.1.

Nothing in clause 4.1 limits any other provision of the Act.
