(1) | Sections 8, 19, 65AAA, 65, 66, 110, 111, 113, 114, 202, 204, 217, 218, 219, 292, 293, 298, 301, 303, 311, 337, 338, 339, 340, 346, 348, 368, 371, 417, clauses 2, 16 and Part 4 of Schedule 3, and clause 1 of Schedule 6 (see also the Social Security Regulations 2018), of the Act apply to this programme and a person eligible for an allowance under clause 6, and any applicant for or recipient of an allowance as if an allowance under it were a benefit. |
(2) | Nothing in subclause (1) limits or affects any other section of the Act. |
