Client qualifies for and getting a main benefit
Clients who qualify for, and get 1 of the following main benefits qualify for social housing on residency grounds (if they are ordinarily resident in New Zealand):
- Emergency Benefit (including Emergency Maintenance Allowance)
- Jobseeker Support
- Sole Parent Support
- Supported Living Payment - health condition, injury, disability, or total blindness
- Supported Living Payment - caring for a person
- Youth Payment
- Young Parent Payment
