Rent to pay unchanged

Income Related Rent debt cannot be recovered from a client if their housing provider does not change the amount of rent they must pay.

Rent payments reduced

If a client has another change in circumstance after the rent change notification, and the rent increase is not being applied, the debt will be cancelled, and any money recovered will be refunded.
