Disputing more than one obligations failure

If a client has failed more than one obligation at the same time, they can dispute any of the failed activities by providing a good and sufficient reason for the failure.

Example

A client has failed their social obligations and 2 of their work obligations, and the failures have been initiated on the same day. The client disputes some of these failures as they have good and sufficient reasons. The client also recomplies to 1. The client is not sanctioned but the failure is counted because they recomplied with 1 of the failures.

Obligation

Recompliance

Action

Social obligation - failed to enrol child in ECE

Client must comply with all social obligations

Client disputes failure - has good and sufficient reason

Must attend another job interview - or similar activity

Client disputes failure - has good and sufficient reason

Work obligations - refused to take drug test

Client has no good and sufficient reason for the failure - agrees to recomply

A client has failed their obligations and the failures have been initiated on the same day. The client recomplies for one failure but not for the other failure. The sanction remains imposed until the client recomplies.
