Trimester 3 (summer school) study

Students who are undertaking study in Trimester 3 (study that is undertaken over the summer period) need to meet all general Student Allowance eligibility and entitlement criteria, like any other applicant, to qualify for a Student Allowance.

If the trimester 3 study on its own is less than full-time, the student is not eligible for a Student Allowance for this period unless:

• the study can be included in their existing or planned study programme. In which case, the student must be enrolled, and be full-time for the whole period of study
