Loan statements
Student Loan statements provide the borrower with a breakdown of their loan account transactions for a particular period.
From 1 January 2012 Inland Revenue has been responsible for issuing Student Loan statements to borrowers.
Prior to 1 January 2012 StudyLink was responsible for issuing Student Loan statements to students covering transactions that occurred prior to their loan account being transferred to Inland Revenue.
StudyLink sent the final Student Loan statements on the 31 December 2011 with projected interest calculated to 28 February 2012.
Requests for statements
From 1 January 2012 students can request a statement at any time by contacting Inland Revenue or requesting a statement via their 'myIR' account. See:
