Obligations

Although a client may no longer be living in New Zealand they must tell the Ministry of Social Development straight away of any changes in their circumstances that may affect their entitlement to New Zealand Superannuation or Veteran's Pension.

Clients agree to do this by signing the New Zealand Superannuation or Veteran's Pension application form, the Special Portability application form and the overseas details form.
