Overseas details request

International Services sends each client a 'Details from Overseas' form with their grant letter. When the client has arrived in the overseas country they are required to complete and return this form to International Services.

This 'Details from Overseas' form provides:

  • details of the client's overseas bank account number, which must be verified by the overseas bank
  • evidence that the client is residing in the country to which their application relates

If this form is not returned by the client within 6 weeks of their arrival overseas, payments will be suspended by International Services until the form is returned and entitlement confirmed.
