Income reduces the benefit to a 'nil' rate

If the client has earnings or income for a period that will reduce the Youth Payment payable to a 'nil' rate of payment, then the Youth Payment will need to be suspended or cancelled.

Although the main benefit may be stopped a client may still qualify for Extra help.
