Debt on suspended record
Where a client's benefit is suspended for some time and they have a debt owing you should investigate these cases with a view to cancelling the benefit record and negotiating debt repayment with the client. Details of these cases are reported as follows:
Debts on suspended records (SBFDBTSUSW)
This report is generated each Wednesday by SWIFTT.
6 weeks suspended
This Case Manager's report lists clients who have an existing debt on SWIFTT and whose benefit has been suspended for 6 weeks or more.
