Partner on strike

If a client applies for Accommodation Supplement while their partner is on strike, the full rate payable is paid to the client.

In these cases Accommodation Supplement is assessed manually as if both the client and the partner qualify for Accommodation Supplement.

If the client gets a main benefit in their own right, the full Accommodation Supplement is paid with the client's benefit payment.
