Partner subject to a non-entitlement period

There may be cases where a client is applying for Accommodation Supplement but their partner does not qualify due to being on a 13 week non-entitlement period.

In these cases Accommodation Supplement is assessed manually as if both the client and the partner qualify for Accommodation Supplement.

Note where neither the client nor their partner qualifies for a main benefit (due to a non-entitlement period or an obligations failure), no Accommodation Supplement can be paid.
