Away From Home Allowance : Contents
Age changes
To be able to receive an Away from Home Allowance the client must be the principal caregiver of a 16 or 17 year old dependent child.
When the child turns 18 years old, Away from Home Allowance must stop from that day.
The child may be able to receive a:
- Student Allowance or
- Jobseeker Support Training
